Civil Field Engineer
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Job Description:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily progress reports and assist in resolving technical issues on-site.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Interpret and implement engineering drawings and plans accurately.
Assist in managing resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project concerns and updates.
