BIM Modeler (Iloilo)
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects.
Familiarity with shop drawing preparation and BIM templates.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of ACC is a plus.
Understanding of LOD specifications and BIM modeling standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Job Description:
Develop and maintain discipline-specific models (Architectural & Structural) in Revit.
Model elements to LOD 300–400, including geometry, clearances, penetrations, and fabrication details.
Generate shop drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and templates.
Incorporate design changes and update models based on clash resolution and coordination feedback.
Assist in exporting models to 2D CAD and ensure visual quality control before submission.
Support BIM Coordinator in walkthroughs and clash detection processes.
