BIM Coordinator (Iloilo)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects.

• Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability standards.

• Familiarity with construction sequencing and integration of trade contractor designs.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination).

• Strong understanding of BIM standards, BEP, and LOD specifications.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary teams.

Job Description:

• Manage BIM workflows and enforce BIM protocols for all trades.

• Coordinate development of Construction Building Information Models and Federated Models.

• Conduct clash detection and prepare detailed clash reports using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and document RFIs, submittals, and issue resolutions.

• Oversee exporting of 3D models into 2D CAD for shop drawings and ensure quality control.

• Integrate trade contractor designs into the federated model and maintain updates for design changes.

• Support walkthroughs and visual checks for model accuracy and compliance.
