New Business Development Manager
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in business development within the construction or engineering industry.
Proven track record in securing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of bidding processes, government procurement, and project financing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
Job Description:
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the construction sector.
Identify new project opportunities and establish partnerships with clients, JV partners, and government agencies.
Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders for infrastructure projects.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to align strategies with project requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Monitor project pipelines and provide regular reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
