Engineering Supervisor
Job description
Prepare technical requirements, construction methodologies, and preliminaries based on the scope of work.
Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.
Identify and quantify manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
Monitor and evaluate productivity and progress reports.
Resolve design issues and propose schedule-supporting changes.
Update tools/equipment used in civil works to improve quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with EEI's safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Evaluate operations and processes.
Research and integrate eco-friendly practices.
Maintain detailed site engineering activity documentation.
Collaborate with management, sales, customers, and stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and budget.
Write and submit proposals in response to customer RFPs/RFIs, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal input and feedback.
Meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred) or related fields.
At least 5 years experience in the same field.
Must be a licensed engineer.
On-site experience with government infrastructure projects.
Training includes shadowing experienced teams.
Strong technical knowledge in engineering and industry standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and time management abilities.
Ability to manage workloads under pressure and meet deadlines.
