Procurement Supervisor
Job description
Project Procurement Activities:
Prepare detailed material/work packages and sourcing schedules.
Source project requirements, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
Identify suitable vendors for requisitions and issue purchase/job orders promptly.
Manage existing sourcing agreements for compliance and improvement.
Conduct vendor performance reviews and resolve contract-related issues.
Ensure adherence to supply/service agreements and Service Level Agreement targets.
Establish positive vendor relations.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks:
Liaise with Vendor Management for end-to-end vendor support.
Review and recommend improvements to contracts.
Monitor agreement utilization and compliance.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, or Business Administration/Finance with Accounting.
MBA or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
At least 5 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project, and Contract Management.
Extensive contract negotiation experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Knowledge of products, services, and purchasing policies.
Result-oriented and capable of handling heavy workloads under pressure.
