Project Management Office Manager
Job Summary:
Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to support and execute EEI’s governance standards in the whole project lifecycle from inception, business development, through tendering and procurement process, to project delivery and execution. An ideal candidate shall possess a technical background in engineering, construction, costing, planning, contracts, and has excellent analytical skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare succinct and accurate reports that look forward and identify clear actions and recommendations
Tracks the project progress and supports the PMT in delivery of projects on-time, within scope and within budget and in compliance with applicable quality standards.
Support the PMT with budget set-up, budget review, invoicing, tracking of change(s) in scope and Pass-Through Costs as appropriate
Supports the PM in development and maintenance of Project Plans and timelines for their project and track progress
Participate in presentations with clients, and project meetings, as necessary
Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information relevant as part of project governance
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, estimators, and engineers, to gather necessary information for project execution
Analyze project risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance competitiveness
Qualifications
Licensed Civil Engineer or any relevant qualification
At least 7 years experience in managing Electromechanical construction projects Degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline
Having a driver’s license is a plus
