Project Manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Must be a licensed professional or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the building construction industry.

• Possess good leadership skills and teamwork capability

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

• Willing to relocate

Job Description:

• Provides plans to the Head of Construction to ensure timely delivery of the schedule.

• Defines project objectives, project scope, and roles & responsibilities of the PMT leaders.

• Lead and coordinate with business development, bidding, proposals and obtaining new work.

• Tracks the project and provides regular reports on project status to clients and key stakeholders.

• Defines the communications matrix and limit of authority for the PMT’s coordination with the client.
