Project Director
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Job Description:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence across all project phases.
