MRT Guadalupe Steel Bridge

The MRT Guadalupe Bridge, a 35-meter-long, 9.1-meter-wide hanging bridge, connects the EDSA MRT tracks across the Pasig River. EEI handled the civil, structural, and architectural works for the elevated trackway, commuter stations, and depot. The project’s highlight was the use of hydraulic jacks to lift a 706-ton piece to a height of 8 meters.
