Qualifications

EDUCATION: Preferably BS ME/EE or Metallurgical Eng'g Grad.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years of experience in welding in Electro-Mechanical Projects.

SKILLS: Computer Literacy (Power Point, Excel and Word), Communication Skills (Oral & written)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: License AWS or equivalent.

 

Competencies

  1. Excellent in Planning, leading, organizing and control.

  2. Knowledge in WPS, WPQT and other codes and standard.

  3. Demonstrate good communication skills and decision making.

  4. Ability to lead and manage a team, to mentor and train other.
