QC Engineer
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering.
Must be a licensed professional and ME II accredited.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control in Construction setting.
Computer Literacy (Power point, Excel, Word)
With good communication skills (listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Knowledgeable with the ASTM and ASME standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews the approved quality control inspection plan (QCIP), policies and procedures.
Conducts preliminary inspection (material receiving, in-process and final inspection) with the field operation group prior to joint inspection with the client.
Ensures that all inspected materials and equipment are complied with the drawings, specifications, applicable requirements, codes and standards.
Prepares quality control inspection report (QCIR's), non-conformance report (NCR's) for noted quality violation / findings and verification of corrections / corrective actions taken prior to close out.
