EEI Nouvelle Caledonie Corp.

This subsidiary was organized in 2006 as the vehicle for the implementation of the Company's on-site construction contracts in the independent island state of New Caledonia in the South Pacific. It is currently undertaking various contract packages in the Inco Goro Nickel Project.



Equipment Engineers, Inc.

Equipment Engineers (formerly an operating division) is engaged in the supply and marketing of a broad range of industrial plant facilities, process equipment, systems, parts & supplies that cater to industrial, commercial, construction & property development companies

EEI Marine and Construction Corp. (EMCC)

EMCC is a specialty construction subsidiary of EEI focused on providing steel fabrication services to the local petroleum, chemical and food manufacturing industries.

It is principally engaged in industrial fabrication, piping works, structural & civil works, fabrication/erection of various capacity underground, overhead & vertical storage tank(s) for food, chemical & petroleum industries.

  • Fabrication plant capacity -- 200 to 300 tons of steel per month.
  • EMCC was also involved in the construction of various gasoline retails stations of the Top Three petroleum companies and the new players

EEI Power Corp.

EEI Power is the power subsidiary of Equipment Engineers Inc.  and is engaged in the operation and management (O & M) of power generating stations of several manufacturing companies and in the packaging Build-Operate-Transfer schemes for power plant projects in consortium with power producers.

EEI Realty Corp.

As the real estate arm of the Company, EEI Realty is engaged in the business of owning real estate land and developing and sells housing and other properties. It is presently developing the last phase of its principal subdivision project, Suburbia East, in Marikina City.

The company also is in joint venture with the Ayala Group, Greenfield and Robinsons' Homes in the development and marketing of various housing projects in Laguna and Cavite provinces.(CLICK, here for more information...)


Gulf Asia International Corp. (GAIC)

GAIC is the Company's manpower and professional services subsidiary. Through the years, it has expanded from the recruitment and processing of technical and construction manpower for overseas assignments both for independent projects and EEI contracts. It has deployed personnel to Libya and other parts of Africa, Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia and other East Asian countries and Cuba and the United States.

GAIC owns two subsidiaries: GAIC Manpower Services Inc. (GAMSI) and GAIC Professional Services Inc. (GAPSI). GAMSI is engaged in the provision of building maintenance and janitorial services for local high-rise buildings and other properties. GAPSI is GAIC's subsidiary specializing in outsourced business process services, including accounting, payroll, money sorting, collection and similar activities.(CLICK, here for more information...)

Joint Venture Company

Al Rushaid Construction Company


Al Rushaid Construction Corporation (ARCC), is a joint venture between EEI Corporation and local businessmen of Saudi nationality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Company owns 49% of ARCC. All KSA projects of EEI are undertaken through this joint venture.
