For a period of more than 18 years in operating this type of business, GAIC has compiled a long list of foreign principals/clients acquired either through its own marketing effort or through its mother company, EEI Corporation, in supplying manpower for its projects in the Middle East such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, Libya and the United States of America. GAIC has expanded its manpower supply markets not only for EEI requirements but also for other prestigious contractors such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, TKK Alireza and Chiyoda of Japan, and MAN of Germany and for other parts of the Middle East, Pacific and Asia.
Some of GAIC's prominent clients and its corresponding country-of-work includes Flour Daniel Arabia - KSA project site, Davy International - Mali, West Africa project site, Hitachi Ltd. - KSA project site, Kawasaki Heavy Industries - KSA project site, Taisei Engineering Company, Ltd. - Syria Project site, Plant Engineering Construction Pte. To date, GAIC has deployed or supplied over 30,000 workers of various categories ranging from Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors and various Crafts and Skills under White Collar and Blue Collar Class Categories to its varied clients worldwide. Due to the Nurse shortage in the USA way back in the late 1980s, GAIC has expanded to the placement of Filipino Nurses in the USA hospitals in the early part of 1988 and was able to deploy a substantial number of Nurses to the East Coast. At present, it is awaiting release of visa petitions and eventual dispatch of CGFNS Nurse candidates for its latest client in Texas, USA.
To augment its supply of health care personnel to the USA, GAIC is currently pursuing the supply of Professional Caregivers to Canada under the Live-in Caregiver Program.
Since GAIC is quite ahead of most other Philippine agencies, it maintains the largest pool of pre-qualified manpower, not only for all types of construction and maintenance projects of new and existing plants but also for the operation and maintenance of hotels, restaurants, shopping complexes, hospitals and other health care institutions.
