MCL Malayan Colleges Laguna
The MCL Building Project, owned by Malayan Colleges Laguna Inc., is located at MCLI, Pulo Diezmo Road, Banay Banay, Cabuyao, Laguna. The five-storey building project has a gross floor area of 8,550.97 square meters which will house conference rooms, lecture rooms, a library, and study area.

EEI’s scope of work includes Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. Construction started last July 8, 2014 and is expected to be completed within 8 months.

Dragon Double Dragon Corporate Center and Sky Suites Project
The Double Dragon Corporate Center and Sky Suites Project, owned by Double Dragon Properties Corporation, is located at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

The project is composed of a 37-storey residential building (Sky Suites) and a 26-storey building (Corporate Center), both with roof decks, a 5-level basement, and a 7-level podium including the ground floor and mezzanine.

EEI is doing the Civil, Structural, Exterior Architectural Works, and Attendance to Nominated Specialty Contractors.

Mapua Mapua Institute of Technology Research Laboratory and Admissions Building
Owned by Mapua Institute of Technology, located within the campus of Mapua at Muralla Street in Intramuros, Manila, this project is composed of two 2-storey buildings – the Research Laboratory and the Admissions Building. The Research Laboratory has a gross floor area of 4,639 square meters and will house the Industrial Design, Biological Engineering, Dry and Wet Laboratories, Microprocessor, Instrumentation, and Communication Laboratories. The Admissions Building on the other hand, with a gross floor area of 2,215 square meters, will house the school’s Admissions and Security offices and the bookstore.

EEI’s scope of work includes the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Works.

One-Eastwood One Eastwood
One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1 of Megaworld Corporation is a 45-storey building which stands on an 86,000-square meter lot at Eastwood City. It is composed of 37 residential levels, 3 basement levels, 3 podium parking levels, and 1 floor for amenities.

EEI is doing the civil and structural works and architectural works which include floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and painting and waterproofing works.

Beacon-3 Beacon 3
After the successful construction of Towers 1 and 2, EEI will be constructing Beacon Tower 3, or the Amorsolo Tower. This is located at the corners of Don Chino Roces and A. Arnaiz Avenue, Barangay Pio del Pilar, Makati City.

The Amorsolo Tower is a 46-storey residential building composed of six podium levels and forty residential levels. It has a total floor area of 52,149 square meters. EEI’s scope of work includes the Civil, Structural, and Architectural Works. Construction started last April 7, 2014 and is expected to be completed by April, 2017.

Noble Place Noble Place
Noble Place, a high-end residential building of Megaworld Corporation, is located at Binondo, Manila. It is composed of 47 floors with 37 residential floors, 1 basement, 7 podium levels, and one floor for amenities.

EEI is working on the civil and structural works, and architectural works including the floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, painting and waterproofing works.

Ore Square Ore Square
The Ore Square Project, owned by Monte De Tesoro Corporation, is located at 31st Street corner 9th Avenue at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. It has a total floor area of 68,170 square meters. EEI is doing the civil, structural, and architectural works. Construction began on July, 2014 and will be completed within 24 months.

Uptown-3&4 Uptown Place Towers 3 and 4
EEI, which is currently constructing Uptown Mall and BPO Offices (Towers 1 and 2) at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, has been awarded the construction of Megaworld Corporation’s Uptown Towers 3 and 4. With a gross floor area of 44,246 square meters, Tower 3 is composed of 20 BPO levels, a roof deck and a machine room level while Tower 4, with a gross floor area of 54,451 square meters, is composed of 25 BPO levels, a roof deck, and one machine room level as well. Construction started on July 1, 2014 with Tower 3 expected to be completed within 13 months and Tower 4 within 19 months.

Alaska Alaska Milk Powder Plant and Condensed Milk Plant Rehabilitation
The Milk Powder Plant (MPP) and Condensed Milk Plant (CMP) Rehabilitation Project, owned by Alaska Milk Corporation is located at Magsaysay Road, San Pedro, Laguna. The 7-storey MPP has a gross floor area of 14,600 square meters, while the 2-storey CMP has a total floor area of 23,900 square meters. Construction started last May 5, 2014 and is expected to be completed within 12 months.

Runruno Runruno Gold-Molybdenum Project
The Runruno Gold-Molybdenum Project, owned by FCF Minerals Corporation, is located at Barangay Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya. EEI’s scope of work includes the fabrication and erection of tanks and thickeners. The project duration is 11 months and is expected to be turned over to the client by January 2015.

Therma South Therma South 2x150 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant
EEI was awarded by Leighton Contractors (Philippines) Inc. the Balance of Plant Works which includes MEPF works, technical and non-technical steel structures, and utility rack structures of the Therma South 2x150MW Coal-Fired Power Plant, located in the municipality of Toril, Davao, an 80-hectare plant site owned by Therma South, Inc. (Aboitiz Power).

The construction of the power plant started last September 10, 2013 and is expected to be completed by August, 2014.

Sarangani SM200 Phase 1 Sarangani Coal-Fired Power Plant
Daelim Philippines, Inc. awarded EEI the EPC for the Coal Unloading Jetty and temporary construction wharf for the SM200 Phase-1 Sarangani Coal-Fired Power Plant, owned by Sarangani Energy Corporation (Alsons Consolidated Resources) which is located in the municipality of Maasim, in Sarangani Province. Construction started last September 1, 2013 and will be finished by December 18, 2014.

The Festival Supermall Expansion Project, owned by Filinvest Land Incorporated is located at Civic Prime, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa. EEI will be doing the structural works for the east and west wings of the new structure. The west wing, adjacent to the existing mall, is composed of 5 floors with a floor area of 21,854 square meters. The east wing is composed of 4 floors with a floor area of 16,983 square meters.

The project started last April, 2013 and is scheduled to be completed within 16 months.

EEI Corporation is doing the civil works of Segment 9 for Manila North Tollways Corporation’s Harbor Link Project. Segment 9 is a 2.4 kilometer stretch of four-lane expressway from the Smart Connect Interchange to MacArthur Highway.

The project is expected to be completed by June, 2014.

3ECOM SM Five E-Commerce Center
Following the completion of the SM Two E-Commerce Center, EEI will be constructing the SM Five E-Commerce Center Project of SM Land, Inc. The project is the third installment of a four-structure business hub. It consists of 16 floor levels - a basement, ground floor (retail area), two parking levels, a podium level, and eleven commercial floors.

The construction is expected to be completed within 23 months. It is scheduled to be turned over in September, 2014.

HYATT Grand Hyatt
The Metrobank Center/Grand Hyatt Project, owned by Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Development Corporation, is a 66-story tower composed of 32 levels for office space, 14 levels for hotel rooms, and 350 residential units, and a podium for high-end retail establishments.

EEI will be in charge of the general construction works and architectural works of the superstructure. Construction started last November 5, 2012 and is expected to be completed by July, 2014.

Le Grand Uptown Mall and BPO Offices
The Uptown Mall and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Offices are located at Bonifacio North, Bonifacio Global City. The project consists of a mall and two BPO Towers and has a gross floor area of 250,000.00 square meters.

The project is pre-certified by the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) Program, the Philippines' version of a green building rating system.

Novotel Novotel
The Novotel Manila - Araneta Center Hotel Project, a joint venture between Araneta Center Hotel, Inc. and ACCOR, is a 25-storey building with 5-star amenities located at the heart of Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City. It will offer 415 suite rooms along with a world-class all-day dining restaurant, a ballroom, a cascading pool, and an event garden.

Levels Levels
The Levels, owned by Filinvest Land, Inc., is envisioned to be a one-block, four-tower (of varying heights) residential enclave located at Pacific Rim, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

EEI's will work on Phase 1, which consists of a 27-storey residential building that features 3 basement parking levels, a 2-level common podium, and 25 residential floors of Tower 1; 3 levels simplex, 3 town homes, and 3 residential levels of Tower 2.

Le Grand Le Grand Tower 3
Eastwood Le Grand III is a high-end residential project of Megaworld Corporation located at the Commerce Road and Palm Tree Avenue, Eastwood City, Quezon City. The building consists of a three-level basement, five-level podium, and thirty levels of residential units, and seven-level loft units.

The Civil, Structural, and Architectural Works of the project are expected to be completed within 30 months.

Admiral Admiral Bay Suites
EEI Corporation is the general contractor of Admiral Realty Company Inc.'s / Anchor Land Holdings' project, Admiral Bay Suites. The 53-storey luxury residential condominium and commercial building is located beside the Admiral Hotel at Aldecoa Street corner M.H. del Pilar Street.

As the general contractor, EEI will cover site works, structural works, architectural works, MEPF embeds, attendance to special contractors, and supply of provisional works. The project, which started construction last September 2011, is targeted to be completed within 34 months.

Green SM Green Residences
EEI Corporation will be constructing SMDC's Green Residences. The 50-storey high project is set right beside De La Salle University in Taft Avenue.

Mezza 2 SM Mezza II Residences
The Mezza II Residences, a project of SM Development Corporation, is a 45-storey building located at Aurora Boulevard corner Guirayan Street, Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City.

The EEI Project Management Team started construction on November 2011 and is targeted to be finished by September 2014.

The contract includes the supply and construction works of the ATM Center Building, Plant Building, Canteen/Quarters, and the Guard House.

The project is located at the MIA Road, corner Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Pasay City. The construction began last December 21, 2010.

8 Forbestown Road 8 Forbestown Road
This is Megaworld's 53-storey modern edifice made of blue curtain glass and steel in its five-hectare Forbes Town Center at Bonifacio Global City. The building will have 3 basement levels and 6 podium levels with a total of 582 units offering studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom types.

EEI's scope includes the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Works, and attendance to nominated suppliers and subcontractors. Project started on March, 2011 and is scheduled to be completed in September 2013.

Wind Residences SM Wind Residences
The Wind Residences, owned by SM Development Corporation, will be composed of 10 residential buildings located at Tagaytay City. Each tower consists of 22-25 floors, composed of parking levels, commercial floors, residential floors, and roof decks.

In 2010, EEI started the construction of Towers 1 and 2. In 2011 and 2012, EEI was again awarded the construction of Towers 3 and 4, respectively.

Last September 17, 2013 SMDC once again awarded to EEI the construction of next SM Wind Residences Project, Tower 5. The scope of work of Tower 5 includes civil, structural, and architectural, excluding site works, bulk excavation, and soil protection.

Anchor Anchor Skysuites
Anchor Sky Suites, located at Ongpin St. Binondo, is a 56-storey residential building with 366 residential units owned by Gotamco Realty Investments Corporation.

The project commenced construction last October 19, 2010 and is expected to be completed on September 15, 2013.
