Building and commercial property development represents a core business of the Company. EEI is considered to be a leader in the construction of high-rise office buildings, condominiums, hotel service apartments, mixed-use commercial developments, industrial parks, factory buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, and government facilities and has the distinction of having constructed some of Metro Manila's landmark edifices.

The Company has built up its competence in property and building construction as a result of its leadership and continues to expand its expertise. It has forged partnerships with global players to acquire cutting edge technologies and best management practices in high-rise engineering and construction.

Finished Projects:

2ecom SM Two E-com Center
Owned by SM Land Incorporated and located at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, SM Two E-com Center is composed of two towers, each rising to 15 floors connected by a bridge way at the 13th, 14th, and 15th floors. The structure features a four-level podium and provides commercial and retail areas, spacious indoor parking, and a landscaped garden. The total floor area is 92,911 square meters and stands 61 meters above ground.






Clipp Center Clipp Center
This is a 12-storey mixed-use building owned by Clipp Machenson Holdings, Inc. at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. This structure will have a floor area of 8,000m2 and a total height of 51.80m.






BSP Zamboanga Branch BSP Zamboanga Branch
The BSP Zamboanga Building Project is a two-storey office building with a lot area of 7,216 sq.m and 5,263 sq.m net floor area with 7 months construction period. The scope of work includes concrete pre-cast Piling works, Civil / Structural, Architectural, MEPF and Landscaping works.







BSP Tacloban Branch BSP Tacloban Branch
BSP Tacloban is a two-storey office building with 3,500 sq.m, lot area, 3,314 sq.m building area. The scope of work includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection & Landscaping Works.







BSP Roxas Branch BSP Roxas Branch
BSP Roxas is a two-storey office building with a 4,000 sq.m lot area, and a 3,788 sq.m floor area. The scope of work includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection & Landscaping Works.







Sunlife Sun Life Financial Philippine Headquarters
The Sunlife Project is EEI's first LEED building construction, the first LEED certified building to be constructed in the Philippines' and one of the first LEED Gold Pre-Certified Buildings by the US Green Building Council. It uses a green roof system which absorbs rainwater, provides insulation and helps lower urban air temperatures. The building also uses a 100% back-up power, an Automated Security System, and a Building Management System.

The project, located at Fort Bonifacio Global City, is a 14-storey medium density building with five-basement levels.


Acacia Grove Hotel
Acacia Grove Condominium Hotel Project, located along Commerce Avenue corner Filinvest Avenue and East Asia Drive, Filinvest Corporate City, Muntinlupa, is an 18-storey building with three-level basement floors and three-level podium floors.

The Civil/Structural work package was developed by EEI Corporation through Corporate Holdings Management Incorporated (CHMI).




Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Pampanga Branch Building
The construction of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Pampanga Branch Building Project, located at Barangay Sindalan, San Fernando City, Pampanga, is one of the latest satellite offices of BSP built by EEI Corporation. The project started construction on December 18, 2009 and was finished in June 15, 2010.






One Serendra Serendra Projects
EEI Corporation made history in the local construction industry when it achieved 21 million safe manhours without lost time accident in the construction of its Serendra Projects, Ayala Land's residential condominium development in the Fort Bonifacio district.

This milestone, the highest known record in the country, is a combination of the achievements of EEI in building phases 1, 2A, and 2B of One Serendra, which comprise 16 residential buildings; and phase 2B (CII) of Two Serendra with five residential towers.




RCBC Plaza Towers
This project is composed of two tower structures namely the 46-storey RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower and the 41-storey RCBC Plaza Tower II.

These towers, completed in 2001, are considered as Intelligent Buildings as these feature a fiber-optic telecommunication backbone, fire protection system with sprinklers, smoke detectors, pressurized stairwells, and a state-of-the-art invisible security system.





Pacific Plaza Towers
Located in Fort Bonifacio Global City, this prime residential condominium development is composed of two 56-storey towers. This landmark project was completed in 2001.







Linden Suites
Linden Suites, located in Ortigas Center and owned by Madeira Holdings Corporation, is a residential/office condominium with a 26-storey building that stands at 105 meters above the ground and has 6 basement levels.

The project, which was completed in 2000, was constructed in 24 months.





Insular Life Towers
This development by Insular Life Assurance Co. is composed of a 33-storey tower and a 28-storey second tower, with a common 4-level basement and podium.

EEI entered a joint venture with French firm SAE International, forming SAEI-EEI Construction Corporation (SECC). The scope is a complete contract package of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary, and Fire Protection works. The project, located in Filinvest Corporate Center, Alabang, was done in 30 months and was completed in 2001.



St. Francis Shangri-la Place Towers
This development by The Shang Grand Tower Corp. located in Mandaluyong City is composed of two towers, each rising to 60 floors with a 9-level common podium, providing a total of 1,200 units. The towers stand at 212 meters above ground and is claimed to be the tallest twin towers and the tallest residential high rise buildings in the country today.

Each building has dampers located at the 34th and 35th floors to minimize the lateral movement on the upper floors due to earthquake, which is another first in the Philippines. This undertaking was completed in 2009.
